Reblog: The Astounding Size, Sound and Beauty of Argentina’s Perito Moreno Glacier

I’ve shared some of Caroline Helbig’s amazing photos from Argentina, with you before.  And I have to do it again.  She brings Argentina’s Perito Moreno Glacier alive in an astounding manner.  The stunning pictures, her vivid worded descriptions and the awe that comes through in her post, all make for a fantastic showcase of an ice field that is the world’s third largest source of fresh water.

Please do hop on over to her page, Writes of Passage, to see more of these glorious photographs and learn some interesting facts about this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
